    Public offer for the provision of hotel services HL 309 Hotel

    1. General provisions
    This document is an official offer (public offer) from HL 309 Hotel, located at 3A Rakatboshi St., Tashkent, and is posted on the official website. hlgroup.uz .

    Hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", offers any able—bodied individual who has reached the age of 18 to conclude a contract for the provision of hotel services on the terms set out in this offer.

    Acceptance of the offer means that the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") fully agrees with the terms of this agreement.

    2. Subject of the offer
    The Contractor undertakes to provide the Guest with hotel services, namely temporary accommodation in hotel rooms and related services, according to the selected tariff, and the Guest undertakes to pay for these services.

    3. Booking and Accommodation Conditions
    3.1. Booking is possible through the website hlgroup.uz , by phone +998 99 889 77 76 , or at the reception desk.
    3.2. The guest must provide reliable passport information for registration.
    3.3. Check-in is carried out from 14:00, check-out until 12:00 the next day. Early check-in and late check-out are charged additionally.
    3.4. Pets are allowed/not allowed (to be specified individually when booking).
    3.5. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Violation shall result in a fine in the amount set by the hotel.

    4. Payment procedure
    4.1. Payment is made in full upon booking or upon check-in.
    4.2. Payment methods are available: cash, bank card, online payment.
    4.3. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, a fine may be charged.

    5. Rights and obligations of the parties
    The guest has the right to:

    • Receive services corresponding to the hotel category;

    • To address complaints and suggestions;

    • Receive information about services, rates, and accommodation rules.

    The guest undertakes to:

    • Follow the rules of accommodation;

    • Take care of the property of the hotel;

    • Pay for services on time.

    The Contractor has the right to:

    • To refuse to provide services in case of violation of the rules of accommodation;

    • To seek compensation for the damage caused.

    6. Responsibility of the parties
    6.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the actions of third parties and the loss of personal belongings of the Guest left unattended.
    6.2. The guest is responsible for the safety of the hotel property within the room.

    7. Final provisions
    7.1. This offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended at any time by publishing a new version on the website. hlgroup.uz .
    7.2. The acceptance of the offer is considered to be booking and/or paying for services in any way.
    7.3. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
