This document is a public offer by HOTELS LEVEL LLC (the "HL 309 Hotel") (hereinafter, the "Hotel") and sets out the terms for booking and paying for hotel services through the website. By making a booking and clicking the payment button, you (the Guest) fully and unconditionally accept the terms of this Offer.
1. Definitions
Hotel — HOTELS LEVEL LLC (the "HL 309 Hotel"), Tax ID (INN) 310153191, address: 100100, Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Yakkasaray district, Rakatboshi St., 3A. Guest — an individual making a booking. Website — hlgroup.uz. Request — a booking request submitted through the Website. Offer — this document, published on the Website.
2. Subject of the Offer
The Hotel provides the Guest with temporary accommodation services (hotel services) in rooms of the selected category for the selected dates, and the Guest pays for these services under the terms of this Offer. The list of services included in the room rate is set out in the description of the relevant room category on the Website.
3. How to Submit a Request
A Request is submitted through the Website: the Guest selects a room category, check-in and check-out dates, and the number of guests and children, and provides their last name, first name, contact details, and country of residence. Submitting a Request does not constitute a booking: the Hotel checks room availability and either confirms or declines the Request. The Guest can track the Request status and chat with the Hotel in their personal account on the Website. The Guest may cancel an unconfirmed and unpaid Request themselves, free of charge, at any time.
4. Ordering and Payment Methods
Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Humo, Uzcard) through the secure payment gateway of Octobank JSC (Octo). Card details are entered on the payment gateway's side; the Hotel does not receive or store card data. Payment becomes available once the Hotel confirms the booking; the payment button appears in the Request card on the Website. The price shown on the Website when the Request is submitted is final and may not be changed unilaterally. For stays of 3 nights or more, the Guest may choose to pay a deposit of 30%, 50%, 70%, or 100% of the Request amount; the remainder is paid at check-in at the front desk. For stays of 1–2 nights, 100% of the cost is paid in advance.
5. Cost of Services
The cost of accommodation is shown on the Website per room per night and includes breakfast, as well as the tourist fee established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. No additional mandatory charges are added on top of the stated price when booking. Prices are set in US dollars and displayed in Uzbek som at the exchange rate in effect at the time the Request is submitted. The applicable exchange rate is fixed at the time the Request is submitted and does not change afterward, and the final amount is stated in the Request; amounts shown in other currencies are for reference only, and charges are made in som. The final amount payable is shown before payment is confirmed and cannot be changed after the Request is confirmed.
6. Cancellation and Refund Terms
Free cancellation of a confirmed booking is available up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before check-in time on the arrival date. For cancellations made after this deadline, as well as in the case of a no-show, the Hotel retains 100% of the cost of the first night; the remaining paid amount is refunded to the Guest. Cancellation is made using the "Cancel Request" button in the Request card on the Website: for an unpaid Request, cancellation is immediate; for a paid Request, a cancellation request is submitted and processed by the Hotel. The Guest may also contact the Hotel using the contact details listed on the Website. Refunds are made to the same bank card used for payment, within 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) banking days from the Hotel's confirmation of the cancellation. Fees charged by the issuing bank and payment systems at the time of payment are non-refundable.
7. Provision of Services
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is until 12:00 local time. The standard checkout time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are charged extra: check-in between 00:00 and 06:00 — 100% of the daily rate, between 06:00 and 14:00 — 50%; check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 — 50% of the daily rate, after 18:00 — 100%. A valid ID is required at check-in for every guest. Booking confirmation and details are sent to the contact information provided by the Guest. The scope of services corresponds to the selected room category as described on the Website.
8. Payment Security
Payments are processed through the certified payment gateway of Octobank JSC (Octo), in compliance with international payment system requirements. The connection to the Website is protected by the HTTPS (SSL) protocol. The Hotel does not request, store, or transmit Guests' bank card details — these are processed exclusively by the acquiring bank.
9. Liability of the Parties and Force Majeure
The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure circumstances that could not reasonably be foreseen or avoided, including natural disasters, military actions, epidemics, prohibitive acts of government authorities, and failures of power supply or communication networks.
10. Dispute Resolution
The parties shall resolve any disagreements and disputes through negotiation and a claims procedure. Claims will be reviewed within 20 (twenty) calendar days of receipt. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the Tashkent Inter-district Economic Court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11. Personal Data and Confidentiality
Processing of the Guest's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website and the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
12. Final Provisions
The Hotel reserves the right to amend this Offer. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website and do not apply to Requests confirmed before publication. The current version of the Offer, with its update date, is always available on the Website. The Offer is published in Russian, English, and Uzbek; in the event of any discrepancy between translations, the Russian version shall prevail.
